Are these gates safe for people with pacemakers or pregnancy?
Yes. Our gates operate on very low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields well below the thresholds set by international health standards. They are safe for pacemakers, medical implants, pregnant women, and mobile phones.
Will they alarm on everyday items like coins or belt buckles?
Sensitivity is adjustable per zone. We calibrate the gate to ignore small everyday metals (coins, keys, belt buckles) while still catching handgun and knife-sized metal masses. Higher-security sites can run stricter profiles.
How many people can pass through per minute?
A well-tuned multi-zone gate handles 30–60 people per minute in single-file flow. For very high throughput (malls, stadium ingress) we install multiple gates side by side.
Do the gates need special flooring or power?
They need a level floor and a standard 220 V power outlet. If the floor has heavy rebar or nearby metal fixtures, we adjust calibration during installation. Some models also run on battery backup for outdoor use.
Can we log every alarm event?
Yes. Gates include on-board counters for total passes and alarm events, and higher-end models export event logs. Integrated with CCTV, every alarm bookmarks a video clip for later review.
How long does installation take?
A single gate is typically installed, calibrated, and handed over within one working day. Multi-gate deployments at malls or stadiums are usually completed within 2–4 days including integration.
What kind of maintenance is required?
Very little. A daily 30-second self-test by your guard, plus an annual recalibration and inspection by our engineers, keeps the gate performing to spec. Consumable parts are minimal.
