Face, fingerprint, or card — which should I use?
Most clients use a combination. Face is fastest and hygienic for main entrances. Fingerprint is highly reliable in indoor environments. Cards are the cheapest for large factories or contractor workforces. We recommend the right mix per door on the site survey.
Will it integrate with our existing HR or payroll software?
Yes. The platform exports to Excel, CSV, and directly to most Pakistani and global HR/payroll systems (SAP, Oracle HCM, HRMS, and local ERPs) via file export or API. We map your shift, overtime, and leave rules during setup.
What happens if someone tries to tailgate through a door?
Anti-passback rules prevent one credential from being used to enter twice without exiting, and turnstile or optical-lane hardware physically blocks tailgating at high-security entrances. For open doors we also add tripwire alerts on nearby cameras.
Can we revoke access instantly when someone leaves?
Yes. HR removes the user from the software and access is revoked across every door and branch in real time — no waiting for cards to be returned or locks to be rekeyed.
Does the system work if the internet is down?
Yes. Controllers store user data and access rules locally, so doors keep opening for authorised users even when the internet or head-office server is unreachable. Events sync back automatically once connectivity returns.
How long does installation take?
A single office with 4–8 doors is typically live within 3–5 working days. Multi-branch rollouts are phased. Enrolment for staff runs in parallel and takes about 10–15 seconds per person.
Is biometric data safe?
Devices store an encrypted mathematical template, not an actual fingerprint or photo. Templates cannot be reverse-engineered into an image, and the database is protected by role-based admin access and audit logs.
