Do I need to replace my existing cameras?
Usually no. If you have modern Dahua, Hikvision, or ONVIF-compliant IP cameras, we run AI analytics on top of the streams you already have. Only very old analog cameras with poor resolution need replacement.
Where is footage and analytics data stored?
Depends on your policy. Footage typically stays on the on-prem NVR at each site. Analytics metadata and alerts sit in a cloud dashboard for cross-site visibility. Air-gapped setups are also supported for regulated environments.
How accurate is the facial recognition?
Modern facial recognition performs above 99% accuracy in controlled lighting with a good-quality face image on the watchlist. Match confidence is shown on every alert so operators can validate before acting.
Won't AI cause a flood of false alarms?
That's exactly why we tune. During the first two weeks after go-live our engineers adjust tripwires, sensitivity, ignore zones, and time schedules per camera until false alarms drop to a level your operators can handle.
Can we monitor multiple cities from one control room?
Yes. Every branch feeds into a central dashboard with hierarchical access — regional managers see their region, head-office security sees everything. Alerts are routed by geography and severity.
What does the mobile app do?
Authorised users get live view, playback, alert notifications, video clip exports, and two-way audio (on supported cameras) directly on iOS and Android — with role-based permissions and audit trails.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring by your own staff?
Yes. Our managed monitoring service can supplement or replace your in-house night shift. Operators verify AI alerts, follow your escalation matrix, and dispatch guards or authorities per SLA.
How is pricing structured?
One-time setup and integration, plus a per-camera or per-site monthly subscription for AI analytics and cloud dashboard. Managed monitoring is priced separately based on hours covered and event volume.
