Which camera brands do you install and why?
We standardise on Dahua and Hikvision because they offer the widest range of enterprise IP, PTZ, thermal, and AI-capable models, have strong global firmware support, and are the most cost-effective at scale for the Pakistan market. If you have a preferred brand (Axis, Bosch, Uniview), we can integrate that too.
How many cameras do I actually need?
It depends on your building layout, entry points, cash-handling areas, and blind spots — not on square footage alone. On the free site assessment we walk every zone with you, mark camera positions on the floor plan, and only recommend cameras that add real coverage. Over-quoting is not our model.
How long is footage stored?
Standard deployments store 30 days of continuous 24/7 recording at H.265, but retention is fully configurable. Banks and regulated environments typically request 90 days or longer, and we size the NVR storage and RAID configuration accordingly during design.
Can I view cameras from my phone?
Yes. Every deployment includes the manufacturer's mobile app plus a web dashboard so authorised users can view live feeds, play back footage, and export clips from any location. Access is role-based and audit-logged.
What happens if power or internet goes out?
Cameras and NVRs are backed by UPS so recording continues through short outages. Footage is stored locally on the NVR — you don't lose recording just because the internet drops. When connectivity returns, remote monitoring resumes automatically.
How long does a typical installation take?
A small office of 8–16 cameras is usually completed in 3–5 working days. A bank branch takes about a week. Large multi-site rollouts are phased so no branch loses operational time during installation.
Do you handle networking too, or just cameras?
We handle both, under one contract. Structured cabling, fiber backbones, PoE switches, VLANs for camera traffic, and internet failover are all part of our scope. You don't have to coordinate a separate networking vendor.
What kind of support do you offer after installation?
Every project ships with manufacturer warranty on hardware. On top of that we offer annual maintenance contracts with defined SLA response times, quarterly health checks, firmware updates, and remote diagnostics through our monitoring platform.
